MH Supervisor Slagplant
General Summary
Coordinates and ensures Slag Plant operation in timely manner to support uninterrupted ES target for recycle metal recovery from EAF slag. Responsible about the organizing and coordinating the jobs performed by service provider to increase work efficiency of the slag plant And Supervise resources flow to support the achievement of the production plan of recycle and finish product sales
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
- General Activities:
- Supervises and controls all the processed slag yards based on size wise
- Calculates the quantity of generation re run materials daily during operation
- Carry out and follow up the Fe test as slandered test and review the test result as contract
- Calculate the metal recovery ratio from proceed slag.
- Follow up metal recovery sizes piles inside plant for carry out Fe test size wise
- Maintain the Fe test carried out twice per week as contract
- Weekly plan for shifting metal recovery which it passes in metallization test to end user SMP1, SMP2 and SMP3 as metallic charge requirement
- Prepare the daily dispatch report (daily, monthly, yearly)
- Prepare the metal recovery report (daily, monthly, yearly)
- Prepare the production report (daily, monthly, yearly)
- Prepare metallization report of metal recovery ( Fe Test ) ( weekly, Monthly, yearly)
- Prepare the metallization present (Fe%) in slag based on wt. of metal recovery and processed slag.
- Following up sales orders with MH service provider.
- Monitoring sales orders movements (sales quantity, and balance quantity)
- Monitoring the sales plan ( monthly, yearly)
- Release the SRN for processed slag based on contract.
- Follow up with contractor all safety issues based on ES H&S polies
- Follow all near miss and close out and do a toolbox talk.
- Follow up all environmental aspects such as dust emission and water spray
- Follow up new designed for environmental issues.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include the establishment and updating of standard procedures and working instructions.
- Identifies and report immediately any problem, discrepancy or abnormality in the equipment/ facility or process to ensure appropriate and prompt corrective action will be taken.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

- Implementing action plans and objectives to accomplish company’s goals with respect to Inventory, budgetary, manpower and contractor’s management.
