- Oversee the electrical design, planning, and implementation of electrical systems for the Pellet plant, including power distribution, control systems, lighting, and grounding.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams (mechanical, civil, and process engineers) to ensure integrated electrical systems are optimized for plant performance.
- Review and approve electrical design drawings, schematics, and specifications for the installation of electrical equipment and control systems.
- Manage electrical engineering projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, equipment, and controls for plant upgrades or new projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical equipment and materials.
- Provide technical leadership in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical electrical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults, coordinate repairs, and recommend improvements to avoid future failures.
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies for safety and environmental impact.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses, identifying potential electrical safety issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of safety within the electrical team, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.

- In-depth knowledge of Electrical and Control & Automation System (Plant OT) for Steel Plant Process including related Utility Plant Process and IT/OT and Digitalization.
- Proven experience with Major Steel Plant Project execution as well Steel Plant Operation & Maintenance.
- Experience in developing strategies and plans.
- In depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices.
- An analytical mind capable for “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems.
