Carry out all the mechanical workshop activities related to maintenance, with the best level of efficiency and effectiveness. To achieve the yearly target set for the maintenance department.
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing tools, materials, and equipment that are necessary for work.
Provide technical support for workshop technicians.
Manufacturing of spare parts required for maintenance work as well as fabrication work.
Supervise and monitor the workshop manufacturing and repair issue to insure that the jobs are carried out in accordance with the factory procedures and standards.
Prepare and submit the necessary reports.
Perform any other related duties or as required.
Years of Experience(s)
10+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial plant, preferably a cement plant, of which at least 5 years in a senior supervisory, preferably a managerial position.
