General Summary
To develop, implement, maintain and update company management systems in order to comply with the requirements of international standards and legal requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement plans and programs to achieve QA department objectives
Quality Standards:
· Identify applicable quality standards and apply for excellence award
· Participate in developing departments quality objectives and KPI’s
· Review the verification & validation of product evaluation according to standards requirements
· Shall be responsible to assist the QA Manager in implementing, maintaining, the Emirates Steel Nuclear Quality System Program to ensure compliance to applicable Standards, ASME Code and Customer requirements.
Quality Testing & Audits:
· Perform internal audits, process reviews, and site inspections

Participate in third party audits
Preventive Quality Measures:
· Provide quality information and technical support to operation department in order to comply with the management system requirements
· Communicate and coordinate the quality issues with process owners and other interested parties
Report Generation:
· Assisting Quality Manager with monthly reports and data collection activities.
· Ensure the proper maintenance of document control processes and devices.
NQA Responsibility:
· The QA Engineer reports to the QA & Environment Manager. The QA Engineer shall be responsible to assist the QA & Environment Manager in implementing, maintaining, the QS Program to ensure compliance with applicable Standards, ASME Code and Customer requirements.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct quality awareness session to improve the competency level of Emirates Steel staff
· Prepare required application forms for prequalification

Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)
Any preferred professional training
Master degree · Lead auditor certificate
Professional Experience (Must haves)
5-7 years experience in quality management system
Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations
3 years in industrial field
