Executive Officer- Emiratization Development
General Summary
The Executive Officer Emiratisation Development is responsible for the supporting, development and administration of the Emiratis development, career progression, internship and talent management. Performance management and feedback as well as managing the mentoring and coaching of Emiratis talents and succession planning
The Executive Officer Emiratisation Development is also responsible for supporting our Emiratis attraction sources and process, career fairs and integration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
- Act as a focal point for Emiratis development
- Continually assess and map Emiratis talent for pipeline, HiPo programs and succession planning
- Support the attraction of youth and top Emiratis talents though different and divers channels
Onboarding and integration
- Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs tailored to new graduates' needs and departmental requirements.
- Facilitate introductions and connections with departmental teams and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track new graduates' progress during the onboarding period.
- Address any onboarding challenges or concerns promptly.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities to promote peer relationships and support.
- Monitor new graduates' performance through regular check-ins, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
- Support the integration of graduate and intern into the business post-graduation and set up of goals, objectives and expectations
Talent Management
- Analys and produce appropriate insights on Emiratis talent outlook
- Implement a talent pipeline and HiPo program.
- Support the Emiratis development with appropriate Coaching and Mentoring tools
- Support Talent Acquisition function attracting Emiratis talent
Learning & Development:
- Conduct targeted Learning Needs Analysis for Emiratis talents
- Implement effective learning programs incorporating blended and digital learning approach, utilizing on-the-job training, mentorship, coaching, and formal learning resources.
- Partner with departmental leaders and subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging learning content.
- Track and report on learning progress and development goals.
Administration:
- Manage new graduate attendance, leave requests, and performance records and development progress including on the job training.
- Facilitate payroll processing and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive a culture of performance differentiation and continuous improvement
- Networking and collaborations with universities, government agencies and entities in relation to Emiratis development and support
- Ensure coordination with other departments to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves) Any preferred professional training (Nice to have)
Master’s Degree in related field is an advantage |
