- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), Cash Management, Treasury, Group Reporting ,Funds Management
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Ensure the integration of S/4HANA Finance with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and external systems.
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Oversee and actively participate in the configuration of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
- Guide and mentor functional consultants during implementation phases, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage data migration strategies for financial master data and transactional data into S/4HANA.
- Project Leadership & Management:
- Lead project teams, providing technical and functional guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop detailed project plans, scope documents, and resource estimates for S/4HANA Finance initiatives.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and facilitate discussions to align on solution design and business processes.
- Optimization & Support:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the S/4HANA Finance landscape.
- Provide expert-level support for complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in production environments.
- Stay abreast of new SAP S/4HANA functionalities, enhancements, and industry best practices.
- Testing & Training:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) for S/4HANA Finance functionalities.
- Ensure proper documentation of configurations, processes, and test results.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Participate in audit activities related to SAP financial systems.

- Contribute to the development of the long-term SAP S/4HANA Finance roadmap, identifying future enhancements and strategic initiatives.

- Manage relationships with SAP, third-party vendors, and implementation partners to ensure effective delivery and support of S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies that complement the S/4HANA Finance landscape.
Change Management & Adoption:

- Drive change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new S/4HANA Finance functionalities across the organization.
- Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and upcoming changes.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for S/4HANA Finance processes and monitor system performance.
- Develop and present reports on project status, system health, and value realization to leadership.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies:

- Research and evaluate emerging SAP technologies and trends (e.g., AI/ML in Finance, RPA, blockchain) to identify potential applications within the S/4HANA Finance domain.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for innovative financial solutions.
