Officer- Security Operations

Role Purpose

• Manage, Administer and implement Security & Protection Service, Access Control & Time attendance, CCTV Solutions & Traffic Management in effective & efficient manner to achieve strategic and operational plans.

Key Activities

1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 Environment Health & Safety

• Responsible for the safety of stakeholders overseen by department and ensure compliance to all pertinent quality, environment, health and safety management policies and procedure within the security Manpower .
• Demonstrate good control across department business to ensure employee/contractor safety, legislative compliance and responsible environmental awareness and care.
• To report any noncompliance or unsafe activity against  Health & Safety standard rules .
• Participate on company H&S initiatives to maintain company safety standard.
• Attending regular H&S related trainings and share with co-workers and contractors about company H&S initiatives.
• Conduct necessary risk assessments related to H&S on workplace, enforce control measures, Maintain Records, ensure control measures are in place and the health and safety provisions relating to the work discussed with relevant.

Security Services

• Supervise and Monitor the security guards and supervisors performance .
• Deployment planning  for professional Security Manpower (Contractor) at company that compliance with legal and company business requirements.
• Interviewing the security Guards and select suitable candidate as per job requirements at site.
• Handle day to day security operational activities compliance with security task and business requirements.
• Preparing static report for security operational Activities.
• Administer entire documentations related to security Operational Services .
• Assist on Update & Upgrade security service procedure that compliance with IMS & Company business requirements.
• Train the security manpower deployed at company for Security and safety concerns & observation reporting method.
• Implementation of the Traffic Control Management System around the premises to reduce risk of vehicle accident & site awareness to the vehicle users.
• Maintain lost & found records, carryout security related investigations...

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Raises Purchase Requisitions (PRS) in SAP for departmental needs and requirements
• Prepares final acceptance certificates for completed related projects.
• Creates Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs) / Service Requisition Notes (SRNs) in SAP & ensuring correct data entry.
• Reports any discrepancies in invoicing and other pertinent documents submitted by contractors.
• Prepares departmental stationery requirements.
• Handles report generation and special tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
• Compliance to contract agreement and Service Lease Agreements (SLAs).
• Any additional assignments that given by superior.

• Have knowledge in Security Service & Security System Operation.
• Having specific software(s) operating knowledge related to security system(s).
• Good communication (Written and verbal) and coordination skills.
• Experience in computerized work that required performing jobs.
• Proficient in using SAP System & other ERP system.
• Experienced and proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt and willing to learn quickly

Qualifications/Experience

Minimum Qualification

(Educational Qualifications, Trainings, or Certifications)

• Graduate in Diploma or Higher secondary school

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 Years in Security field

Preferred professional training

• Fire Fighting
• First Aid .
• Security Management .
• Reporting and investigation Conduction .
