General Summary
Facilitating Key Performance Indicators:
· Works with the Section Head of Procurement & Logistics to identify and establish performance standards.
· Ensures that the Procurement & Logistics tools are designed to accurately reflect the performance standards of the department, unit and organization.
· Ensures Procurement & Logistics results are forwarded to the SH of Procurement for each review period
· Monitors and tracks the status of Procurement & Logistics during the review period for improving performance
· Ensures that the Procurement & Logistics level of improvement is tracked and measured accordingly through the goals cascaded by Section Head Procurement.
Performance Facilitation:
· Ensures that the Immediate supervisors/Line Manager conducts review and that employees are up to date for Companywide productivity through performance deliverables and measures.
Research & Development:
· Researches, develops and continuously enhances Procurement & Logistics forms and process.
· Researches and identifies various merit based programs available as per advised by Section Head of Procurement & Logistics
· Support during Market Research, Employee Surveys and Benefits & Rewards studies for Logistics efficiencies.
· Prepare reports and presentations as required pertaining to Logistics Section.
Record Maintenance:
· To ensure proper filing of records enabling easy retrieval of information incoming and outgoing from Logistics Section.
Administrative Tasks:
· Performs administrative and other related duties as directed by the Section Head of Procurement & Logistics

Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)
Any preferred professional training
· Diploma in Shipping & Logistics
Professional Experience (Must haves)
3 – 7 years of experience in Shipping
Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations
Previous experience in Steel plant
Key Performance Indicators
· Make reports and ensure that it was prepared and presented based on agreed factors.
· Provide support and assistance to all team members to be able to achieve the departmental goals.
· Ensure all performance management processes are implemented and adhered to on a timely basis.
· Ensure that all Forms are issued, collected and returned completely and on the agreed schedule.
