General Summary

The Sales Executive  is responsible for supporting the sales strategy and execution for the Industrial segment within the Building Materials (BM) division. This role involves, representing the company with customers, executing and implementing sales plans, establishing strong relationships with key customers & partners, and supporting commercial development team with information.
 The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market share expansion while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support revenue generation for the company
  • Represent the company with customers and other stakeholders in the market
  • Provides market information for the sales strategy definition of the Industrial customer segment
  • Support the development and execution of sales plans
  • Follow up closely the sales process to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the Technical Service team to integrate technical support into the sales process
  • Establish and manage relationships with key customers (Industrials Segment) to drive sales and market growth
  • Implement and manage sales productivity tools and processes
  • Represent the "voice of the customer" in relevant meetings and discussions
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with the sales team activities and visits to customers

  • In-depth knowledge of BM products (Clinker, Cement, GGBFS, Dry-mortar, Concrete & Concrete Products)
  • Understanding of construction processes and industry practices

  • Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics (KPIs)

Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)

Bachelor in Engineering

Any preferred professional training

  • Sales and marketing strategies/ methodologies
  • Construction job site supervision
  • Customer experience fundamentals
  • Knowledge of green products / CO2 emissions / Decarbonization
  • NPS & Customer Satisfaction metrics

  • Building Materials Industry Experience – Clinker, Cement, Ready-mix (5- 7 years)
