Role Purpose

The Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy, supports the Manager, Marketing Strategy, by conducting in-depth market analysis, preparing actionable insights, and contributing to the development and refinement of marketing strategies. This role involves hands-on analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and assisting in campaign execution.

 

Accountabilities & Activities

Key Activities

  1. Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor dynamics.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market conditions to provide actionable insights for strategy development.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for decision-making.
  1. Strategic Framework Development
  • Assist in developing and refining marketing strategies under the Manager's direction.
  • Participate in audience segmentation and contribute to targeting initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of marketing plans and events.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate findings and insights clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.

 

  1. Campaign Support
  •  Assist in the implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  •  Evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements to optimize outcomes.
  1. Safety, Quality & Environment
  • Lead by example in building and maintaining a strong safety culture
  • Be entirely responsible and accountable for safety risk management, equipment, and performance outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with the EHS legislative requirements and the Company’s EHS policies, procedures, and standards by employees and contractors.

 

Qualifications/Experience

Minimum Qualification

(Educational Qualifications, Trainings, or Certifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Engineering, Strategic Management, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or marketing analytics

Language(s) Known

  • English
