General Summary

The position is responsible to plan, manage and execute delivery and on-going development of Performance Management systems and the process of Performance Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Managing and oversee all PMS related operation activities

· Recommending the effectiveness of PMS - System and process

· Ensure the PMS objectives and Measuring the Effectiveness

· Reviewing all PMS reports and summaries for the MIS to management

· Reviewing and approving of the schedule for the period and confirming the target audience

· Reviewing the learning feedback and assess the effectiveness of the learning activities

· Review all training and communication materials related to PMS

· Report Preparation

· Review all data of PMS (mid-year, year end and objectives) and provide feedback to Section Head

· System Testing

· Review the Library of Competencies with Head of Section on annual basis and provide feedback and recommendation

· Ensure the policy of Rating Bellcurve is adhere across the organization

· Identify the Poor rating PMS and collaborate with BP and Development team for the action plan (if required)

· PIP.

Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)

Bachelor
