Sr. Digital Delivery Specialist

Role Purpose

A Digital Product Delivery Senior Specialist is a professional responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective distribution of digital products to stakeholders. This role involves managing the logistics, quality assurance, and stakeholder support aspects of delivering digital products.

By leveraging technical expertise, problem solving and communication skills, Digital Product Delivery Senior Specialist continuously improve the delivery process and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Accountabilities & Activities

Key Activities

• Deliver digital products to ESA Business stakeholders
• Support ESA business unit or an employee/user to identify and qualify use-case requiring a Digital Product
• Digital Product design assessment and feasibility study
• Drive adoption by facilitating integration in downstream applications, updates to SOP, and relevant training
• Partner with ESA Business stakeholders and SMEs to drive development of digital use-cases
• Take part in creating new ideas for innovation & initiate recommendation for continual improvement

Safety, Quality & Environment

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls within the IT department of EMSTEEL to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality services and a responsible environmental attitude.

Qualifications/Experience

Minimum Qualification

(Educational Qualifications, Trainings, or Certifications)

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Physics, Engineering, Math, Computer Science

Professional Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Product Delivery and/or Advanced Analytics

Language(s) Known

• English (Essential) / Arabic
