General Summary

Doing all Secretarial and Correspondence work, help in preparing reports, collect and research documents. Greet guests, respond to their inquiries and arrange meeting requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Issuing & Receiving Material:

 

Receiving:

 

· check all necessary documents

· Offload material, check the material condition & quantity, compare with DO & PO & be sure ES CODE mentioned on all the items.

· Keep the material in the receiving location with proper manner & mentioned the receiving location on the delivery note.

· Create the GRN with necessary information exp. DO number, invoice number & receiving location

· DO scan copy should be uploaded in the SAP system.

1. Issuing material:

· Issuing all reservations based on instruction from senior storekeeper.

· Check stock after issuing material

· Update self-card

· Deliver material to end-user based request

· Update system.

· Filing of document

· Other related works as assigned by senior storekeeper

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities required

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

· Good command on computers especially in MS Office (MS Word, MS excel)

· A minimum typing speed of 50w.p.m.

· Excellent communication skills & Interpersonal skills

Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)

Higher Secondary in Administration or Administration

Any preferred professional training

· required typing speed

· ICD

Professional Experience (Must haves)

3-4 Years of experience in Store Management
